This is the outfit I wore to school for the first day! Pretty simple because I didn't want to be fancy but I guess the accessories balance the look out to avoid it from looking lazy. I do admit it's a bit different from what I showcase on my blog, but lately I've been leaning towards more grungy looks and garnering inspiration from fashion bloggers like Le Happy and Maffashion. Maybe it's because of the approach of fall, where I usually stray from pastels and chiffons, but who knows! Everyones style changes as the seasons come and go :) I also decided to play around with the editing for these photos, it has a very 'instagram' vibe to it, hence the title "instagram it" because it seems like that's what everyone's doing these days (except me... boohoo for Blackberries ☹)

to the streets!

Good morning my lovely readers! I just wanted to share a couple of photos from when I was in the UK (graciously taken with my friends iPhone). Here are some outfits that I wore when I was out and about but never got a chance to photograph them nicely for my blog, but I figured this would do as a quick show and tell! You'll also be able to see the bags of shopping my friend and I did whilst we were in London... woops...! Amongst the glorious stores of London we shopped at American Apparel, Rokit (my favorite store), Miss Selfridges, and the market at Camden Town. I love the street style in London, it's far more daring than the streets of Hong Kong - there's always eye candy for the hungry. Anyways I'm off now! But I'll be posting a new look shortly :)

COASTIN' ON A DREAM

After about a month of traveling, I was on cloud nine to find this dress waiting for me at home! I ordered it off Karmaloop.com and I've been lusting over it after seeing it being donned on boho-chic girls on tumblr. The dress is a little big to my dismay, but with a belt and a bit of adjusting I can put a bit more shape into it. I also decided to amp up on the accessories, starting with a silver collar, some chain rings (or whatever you call them), bangles, and an ear cuff! Although you can't really see it since it's hiding somewhere behind my hair. And just as a heads up, I'll be wearing these boots pretty often - we've become inseparable since I got them, which was literally a few hours before I left the UK!

Hey everyone! So it's been a while, but I'm happy to say I'm back in Hong Kong! I've just shared some photos I took on my travels, it isn't everything but just a few of my favorite snaps. I've also shared some new music I've been listening to lately, and they just remind me of the memories I've created over the past few weeks that I'll never forget :) 

Honestly can't believe that the summer is nearly over... two more weeks till school begins!
